The Ultra Emergency Network is a mobile “cellular on wheels” built for turnkey deployment, setup, and operation. The UEN delivers private network capabilities for search and rescue teams and general service to survivors — even in the harshest environments.
Live interactive communications with survivors.
UEN is powered by Carbyne’s platforms, which provide real-time caller location, live video, and instant messaging with emergency services. When the UEN is deployed, survivor phones in the area receive an automated message allowing them to request help directly from search and rescue teams.

Carbyne’s cloud-native, secure infrastructure provides tailored information flow for all levels of the job: Ground teams get prioritized rescue maps and critical hazard information while the Emergency Operations Center and the Executive Situation Room define a strategy with advanced analytics.
Building collapse geolocation.
For building collapse and technical rescues, UEN incorporates ELTA’s Res-Q-Cell technology for better outcomes. The system locates mobile phones based on signal strength to identify any working handsets within a set boundary area. This allows technical search and rescue workers to prioritize areas where survivors may be found.
