Our signature class at the barre, Barre Flow will keep you energised and engaged while targeting your core, arms, legs and glutes (ie - all the important bits) to build long, lean muscle. In this one hour session you’ll stretch, flow and groove your way through dance, yoga and pilates-based moves which are suited to any level of experience. Warning: the awesome results and fabulous feelings administered by this class are highly addictive.

Feel like you’ve mastered Barre Flow and are ready to push it a little further? Get ready to bring the heat with Yoga Barre. Fusing signature barre moves with a powerful Vinyasa flow, this class will boost flexibility, endurance and strength, while promoting body restoration and relaxation. Welcome to all who are willing, though at least one previous Barre Sculpt class is recommended.

This class is serious about glutes and abs. A high-intensity-interval training (HIIT) warm-up will get your heart pumping, and the targeted barre session which follows is focused on delivering the lean, toned abs and, gloriously rounded glutes you seek. Not for the faint of heart, this concentrated class is open to all, but recommended to those with 5+ Barre Sculpt classes under their belt.

Innovative classes and state-of-the-art equipment will ensure a heart-pumping full body workout that delivers agility, power and endurance. Core strength, body weight resistance and joint mobility exercises are combined with vigorous stretches, increasing in intensity and toning power to improve body awareness and positioning.
